MacIver research associate and education specialist Ola Lisowski joins Vicki McKenna on News/Talk 1310 WIBA to discuss Tony Evers’ plans to increase K-12 funding by $1.4 billion. Evers announced the spending bonanza at his annual State Of Education speech, but in remarks to the media afterwards he refused to specify how he plans to come up with the money.
