When Scott Walker was elected Wisconsin governor in 2010, he promised to fix the state’s broken budget and lead limited-government reforms that would get the Badger State’s economy working again. By just about any metric, the two-term Republican governor has succeeded. Described as one of the two most consequential governors in state history, Walker presided over a wave of far-reaching conservative reforms.
