MacIver Investigative Reporter Matt Kittle joins Oliver Burrows on WXCO in Wausau for his weekly discussion of Wisconsin news and politics. Up this week – a UW System Board of Regents committee will recommend the firing of whistleblower professor Sabina Burton after hearing the arguments from Burton and UW-Platteville administrators. Burton will be dismissed because she wasn’t “collegial,” but she contends it’s because she reported a male colleague for inappropriate sexual behavior toward a female student. That, and Wisconsin Democrat candidates for governor pledge to repeal Act 10, Gov. Walker’s landmark reform that’s saved taxpayers more than $5 billion.
