Another liberal activist Dane County judge has struck down conservative laws, these ones passed in December’s extraordinary session. That’s hardly a surprise considering that court’s propensity for injecting itself into duly passed legislation. But what’s truly breathtaking is the chaos that Judge Richard Niess’ decision caused – particularly because he chose not to stay his decision pending appeal, giving the judge’s liberal comrade Gov. Tony Evers a chance to take full advantage of the chaos.
