Environmentalists consider it a cataclysm when manure runoff from a farm gets into a nearby stream, but what about when a city intentionally dumps millions of gallons of raw sewage into a river? Nary a peep from the left. This is exactly what happened recently when the City of Wausau discharged 3.7 million gallons of raw sewage into the Wisconsin River.
