MADISON, Wis. – Rep. Rob Hutton (R-Brookfield) explains his legislation that allows more skilled trades workers into the workforce by reducing an apprentice-to-journeyman ratio to 1-to-1 unless negotiated otherwise. The bill, AB 508, passed the Assembly 60-33 Thursday afternoon.
