Dale Kooyenga (R-Brookfield) spoke with the MacIver News Service recently to discuss the “Mostly False” rating he received from Poltifact in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Kooyenga made a statement previously that they have been using GAAP accounting in the Capitol for the past two years, without reference to budget deficits or surpluses.
