Walker’s Education Budget: Act 10 Compliance Required for Per-Pupil Funding Boost

Scott Walker introduced his 2017-19 budget proposal on Wednesday, and as expected, the document includes massive spending increases for education. The proposal calls for $648.9 million in new state aids for K-12 education and more than $100 million more towards the UW System.
